Description
Roman bronze crossbow brooch with onion-knop apex finial and bulb-knops on either side. Hinged pin to the reverse. Silver arm from a statuette. Slender well formed arm featuring slender fingers and a bent elbow. Likely to have belonged to a goddess.

Very good Ancient condition. A complete brooch with pin.Presented on a custom made stand.
