Greek Blackware Kylix with Wreath of Ivy Leaves

Description

Greek black ware kylix with two strap handles and lovely patina. Wreath of ivy leaves and tendrils decoration. The underneath of the bowl with acanthus leaf motifs.  The bowl has been restored having been pieced back together from approx six fragments. Cf. British Museum number 1859,0216.79 for a like example.

Restored from fragments, with lovely old patina and colouring
